How do I edit/cancel an Order?
If you’re order has been placed within the last hour then you’ll be able to edit/cancel your order from the My Orders screen in My Account. If you need to make changes to an order that was placed longer than an hour ago please contact our Customer Service team via the Live Chat option on hillmangroup.com or via phone at (800) 800-4900. Our team is available Monday through Friday from 8am to 8pm ET
