How do I edit/cancel an Order?
You can edit or cancel your order through our online portal IF it was placed within the last hour.
If you need to make changes to an order that was placed longer than an hour ago, please contact our Customer Service team via the Live Chat option on hillmangroup.com or via phone at (800) 800-4900.
How To Edit/Cancel An Order
- Log in to your account via the login page.
- In the upper right corner of your browser window, click on the down arrow.
Click on My Account.
On the right-hand side, click on My Orders.
- Scroll down the page, locate the order you want to edit/cancel, and click on the corresponding button.
- Proceed through the checkout process to complete your order
