How Can I Track My Order?
Knowing where your order is and when it will arrive is important. We provide several convenient ways to access your tracking information, whether you ordered online or through one of our other channels.
- Phone, Email, or Fax Orders: If your order was placed by phone, email, or fax, please contact us via email or call our customer service team to obtain tracking information.
- Online Orders: For orders placed online, you will receive an email with a FedEx tracking number once your order ships. You can also enter any FedEx tracking number here to check status.
- Order History: You can view tracking details by visiting the Order History page in your account. This page lists all your orders and provides tracking numbers once shipped.
