Mykeycounter issues

Thank you for your patience during the mykeycounter system update. The update has caused issues for many stores, and we understand how frustrating that is. The team was able to get a new website URL up and running, please use mykeycounter.com moving forward. Also, please update any favorites/saved links you may have to this new web address. 

You will use the same login instructions outlined below.

Website: mykeycounter.com

Username: Store’s E1 Number (This is your current Username)

Password: “H”+ Store’s E1 Number

Example:      Login: 123456         Password: H123456

Stores may change their password after the initial login by clicking “Account” in the top right corner, next to the “Start Live Training” button.

If you experience any issues during the login process, or do not know your Hillman E1 number please contact , please contact the Customer Service team by calling 844-874-7908. They will have extended hours during this transition to assist as needed. (8:00 am EST – 8:00 pm EST) .
